Due Diligence
Support and lead pre-deal due diligence for out-licensing of key biotech assets
Scope to cover deals across Europe, APAC, the Middle East and others.
Provide vital inputs during contract negotiation with 3rd party to incorporate deliverables and risks from due diligence
Project Management
Conceptualize and implement robust tracking with full leadership of Business Development (BD) project management
Drive prioritization for selected deals across BD offices and beyond
Be the single point of contact for monthly and quarterly reporting of BD functions to senior management.
Business Development – Finance
Lead compilation, accuracy and comprehensiveness of all BD business cases spanning inward and outward deals across the Group
Assess, with cross-functional support, different offers for outward deals including deal terms, quantities, exit clauses and risk assessment
Play an important role in NBOs and binding offers for inward deals
Partner Outreach- Commercial
Reaching out to potential manufacturers/distributors across different markets to represent our products
